Edit VG30 mts in FCP-Transcode Sony NEX-VG30 AVCHD to ProRes for Final Cut Pro 6/7/X

While, after recording, we may need to import Sony AVCHD footages to Final Cut for editing, but, Sony NEX-VG30 recorded videos are in AVCHD format, which is not compatible with many editing software, such as FCP 6/7, FCP X and FCE on Mac.
